ACCEPTANCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions may be replaced or modified at any time at the sole discretion of "MALBA," and users' consent will not be required. For transactions in progress that began prior to such modifications, the terms in effect at the time of their execution will remain in effect, unless the new modifications would be more convenient for the user.
"MALBA" will contact users to inform them of these changes within a reasonable timeframe. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions each time they access our website to verify any changes.
SERVICE INTERRUPTION – EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
"MALBA" ("MALBA FOUNDATION") reserves the right to interrupt, suspend, or modify the services offered on this website at any time, either permanently or temporarily. User consent is not required, nor is prior notice necessary.
This website may be interrupted for technical reasons beyond MALBA's control. However, as previously mentioned, if the suspension or interruption is not due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, MALBA undertakes to fulfill the services that were pending at the time of the suspension or interruption.
"MALBA" does not guarantee that the website is free of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements that may affect the operation of your device. It is the user's sole responsibility to have the necessary tools to detect and prevent these risks. MALBA is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the user's or third-party equipment as a result of browsing this site.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR
You agree not to: (i) use our sites for any unlawful purpose, in violation of applicable laws and regulations; (ii) post web pages that contain links that initiate downloads of material that is infringing or otherwise unlawful; (iii) electronically stalk or harass another person; (iv) engage in any Internet activity that violates the privacy rights of others, including, without limitation, collecting and distributing information about Internet users without their authorization, except as permitted by law; or (v) conduct online sweepstakes, sweepstakes, or contests that violate applicable laws.
PROMOTIONS
The promotions offered on this website are not necessarily the same as those offered on other sales channels used by MALBA websites, such as physical stores or telephone sales, unless expressly stated on this site or in MALBA's advertising for each promotion.
In cases where the site contains promotions consisting of the free delivery of a product with the purchase of another, then the dispatch of the good that is delivered free of charge or at a reduced price will be made in the same place where the purchased product is dispatched, unless the purchaser states, when accepting the offer, that he/she wishes the products to be sent to different addresses, in which case he/she must pay the cost of the dispatch of both products.
You cannot participate in these promotions without purchasing all the products included in them. Discontinued and sale products do not carry a warranty.
DELIVERY TIMES
"MALBA" ("MALBA FOUNDATION") will deliver to the address you entered. Deliveries will be made on business days. All deliveries will be accompanied by a receipt.
MALBA ships via DHL. Standard shipping will be delivered within 5 business days.
Delivery times are indicative and therefore not considered strict deadlines. The mere fact that a delivery period has been exceeded does not entitle you to compensation.
By completing the transaction, the user agrees to inspect the merchandise upon receipt at the address provided. Signing the corresponding delivery note implies acceptance of the purchased merchandise, without prejudice to the user's legal rights.
A delivery exception (order not successfully delivered) is considered when, for external reasons, the supplier cannot complete delivery to your address. This can be caused by a closed address, a move, or an incorrectly entered address. In the event of a delivery exception, please contact tiendaonline@malba.org.ar so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If, after entering into the contract, "MALBA" discovers that it cannot supply the products ordered on the website, in whole or in part, "MALBA" shall be entitled to terminate the contract. Naturally, "MALBA" will inform you immediately and refund any payments you have made, according to your payment method. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service department.
RECORD.
Users can freely browse our website. There are two ways to make a purchase:
a) Visiting user: You will need to register on the site to make a purchase. Complete all form fields with valid, true information, accurately and precisely, for the system to function properly. Purchasing as a visiting user allows us to access the history of purchased items. Each time the user wants to make a purchase as a visiting user, they must enter all the required information (even if they have already entered it during a previous purchase).
b) Registered user: This type of user must complete a registration form and provide a username and password to access their personal account. If the user forgets this information, "MALBA" offers a help desk to recover it. To do this, click on the corresponding option and enter the email address provided during registration. "MALBA" is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information provided by users for registration. We ask that users agree to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. In accordance with the previous paragraph, users are responsible for the use of their password and should keep in mind that if other people have or may in the future have access to the email account provided as their own in the registration form, they may also request their password and username.
"MALBA" is not responsible for the veracity or accuracy of the information provided by users. Furthermore, "MALBA" reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend users for non-compliance with the terms and conditions, as well as to reject purchase requests.
CURRENCY AND PAYMENT METHODS.
All prices on this website are expressed in Argentine pesos, the legal currency of the Republic of Argentina. All payment methods are subject to proper credit and/or verification.
We have a payment system called Mercado Pago, which accepts all credit and debit cards. MALBA "MALBA FOUNDATION" is not responsible for any offers or discounts offered by Mercado Pago.
