We are open Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Thursdays through Mondays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Closed Tuesdays.
The Malba Online Store is open 24 hours a day, but orders requiring special attention are handled Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Once your order enters the DHL distribution and delivery network, you'll receive a series of email notifications to the email address you registered in our online store. These notifications will allow you to track your purchase throughout each step of the shipping process.

In general, purchases made using the In-Store Pickup option will be available for pickup within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification to the email address you registered in our online store, with instructions on how to pick it up. From that moment on, you can pick it up during regular store hours: Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 7:50 p.m. , and Thursdays through Mondays from 12:00 p.m. to 7:50 p.m.

Purchases made using the In-Store Pickup option are subject to a 30-day retention period at Malba Museo—Av. Figueroa Alcorta 3415. After this period, the purchase will be canceled.

You can request a refund for your purchase within 30 days of the invoice being issued by writing to us . The processing time may vary depending on the payment method involved.

Our physical store offers payment methods such as Mercado Pago, Pix, credit and debit cards, and cash. We offer 1, 3, or 6 installment payments; one payment with no surcharge, and 3 or 6 installments with interest. Payment will be made in dollars at the exchange rate set by the institution; change will always be in pesos (ARS).
All online purchases made in our store are paid through Mercado Pago, with customers using the platform's own financing options, as well as those offered by the corresponding financial or banking institutions.
