About Confirm Humanity Confirme Humanidad is a project born from an interest in experimenting with new methods and processes related to drawing, which led its creators, Mara Caffarone and Amadeo Azar, to explore the possibilities of rug weaving. Trained as visual artists, they develop textiles closely linked to their work. Each rug or tapestry is conceived, designed, and produced as a unique piece, combining the functionality of a utilitarian object with the aesthetics and craftsmanship of a work of art. The entire production process is carried out by hand by the artists themselves, using the hand-tufting technique. Their designs are intended to function as both rugs and tapestries, and are designed to fulfill both roles.
