Description
Kacero presents the works of Argentine artist Fabio Kacero and essays on his pieces, curated by Rafael Cipollini. Here are his early minimalist panels, his wrappings, his tufted works, but also his more secretive production, that which has only begun to emerge in recent years: his Lenf series, his videos, his interest in literature, and his performances. Understood by critics simultaneously as an artist who revived the tradition of concrete art in Argentina, as a pure formalist, or as an eccentric Kabbalist, Fabio Kacero has created a body of work that can both absorb and elude external discourses.
The book includes a series of texts and documents that seek to capture the elusive Kacero who in the nineties seems to have intertwined life and work to the point that it is no longer possible to distinguish where the man ends and where his creation begins.
