Description
“This is my most political essay,” Marcos Zimmermann stated about this work . If photography, as he understands it, is conditioned by reality, the choice of subject, and the point of view, there is no doubt that in this book the author seeks to answer in images the question of what we Argentinians are like, capturing in the everyday, especially, the invisible beings.
In this way, like a vast social fresco, people and spaces appear captured in all their spontaneity: every gesture and every expression tells a story, records a world. Each chapter is titled with an infinitive verb (to believe, to love, to enjoy, to dream…) and is accompanied by texts also by Zimmermann. Texts and images combine to achieve the comprehensive perspective the author envisioned for this deeply personal project.
